About the Role
- Actively participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy of accounting postings and compliance with local regulations and policies.
- Handle business trip and expense settlements in line with internal policies.
- Manage daily bank payments and oversee whitelist verification processes.
- Ensure proper circulation and completeness of accounting documents, verifying correctness in accordance with local GAAP.
- Prepare and monitor payment backlog reports.
- Maintain and supervise master data management in the accounting system.
- Cooperate closely with external accounting providers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Perform VAT EU reporting, ensuring full compliance with local and EU regulations, and coordinate WHT documentation collection.
- Support the Senior Manager Finance and Tax in accounting and reporting responsibilities for entities in Poland, Estonia, and Finland.
About You
