As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure learning solutions align with organizational goals and future needs
About the Role
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure learning solutions align with organizational goals and future needs
- Design and develop engaging and comprehensive training programs, workshops, and learning materials tailored to various learning styles and organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify skills and knowledge gaps across multiple disciplines and regions.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars in both in-person and virtual environments.
- Curate and develop learning content focused on current best practices and future organizational needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and continuously improve programs.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR partners to align learning initiatives with development plans and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver learning-related data, insights, and reports to support the overall L&D strategy.
About You
- Degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business, or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience in a training or learning-related role, with hands-on instructional design and delivery experience.
- Proficiency in authoring tools and platforms to create online learning content (preferred).
- Strong skills in MS Office and Keynote; experience with training authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or Brainshark is a plus.Self-starter with an innovative mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt delivery methods to different learning styles and audiences.
- High level of professionalism and proven experience handling sensitive and confidential materials.
