As a Junior Authorization Manager (m/f/d), you will support the smooth operation and expansion of our bus network by managing administrative, legal, and regulatory processes related to licenses, timetables, permits, and public procedures. You will work closely with public authorities and internal Flix teams to prepare documentation, oversee administrative proceedings, and enable the successful launch and operation of our services.
About the Role
- Administration and archiving of license applications, requests for approval, issuing or modification of timetables
- Monitor simpler administrative proceedings towards public authorities
- Prepare documentation for public procurement procedures and involuntary collection procedures claims
- Support with preparation of simpler contracts and other company legal acts, as well as reply to submissions and pleadings from government authorities, legal persons
- Cooperate with other Flix departments in order to prepare the documentation and procedures for defecating timetables and permits
- Assist with the launch of our business and the bus network and secure the bus station consents
About You
- 0–1 years of relevant working experience (entry-level candidates are welcome)
- University degree in Economics, Law, Transport Engineering, or a related field
- Good working knowledge of Office 365 and familiarity with other modern digital tools
- Fluent English (B2-C1 level, both in writing and speaking)
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
