Bilingual Project Manager- US market (1 year contract)
City: Mexico City
Department: Shops
Recruiter: Olami Rivera
At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.
As a Mid-Level Project Manager, you will drive cross-functional project delivery across our Security and Facilities areas, bringing structure and follow-through to complex, historically under-managed topics ,working under the direction of senior Project Managers and the domain lead.
You will act as a key coordination point between Field Operations, Finance, Legal, Global Asset & Security Programs, Real Estate, Technology, and external vendors.
About the Role
- Coordinate and deliver assigned Security and Facilities workstreams: help define scope, align stakeholders, and move initiatives from discussion into delivery.
- Manage operational processes end-to-end, including invoice payments (correct, tracked, on-time), supporting SOP definition and clear accountability across teams.
- Support the design and maintenance of workflow automation and tracking (e.g. Jira workflows for facilities repair/renewal and sourcing processes), in partnership with IT/FlixTech and Atlassian teams.
- Run and maintain data collection efforts (e.g. security location data — vendors, costs, cameras, POCs, incident reporting) and ensure data is clean, consistent, and analysis-ready.
- Contribute to budget planning and cost-line deep-dives, collaborating cross-departmentally with RSAMs, Finance, and GASP.
- Help advance in-progress initiatives such as pre-approved OpEx repair methodology and the centralized database concept, coordinating stakeholders and next steps.
- Maintain consistent documentation and a source of truth (e.g. structured Confluence pages) for SAM/RSAM/CSO topics.
- Support cloud-based camera integration and vendor coordination across Flix/GH facilities where applicable.
About You
- 3-5 years of solid project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to bring order to ambiguous topics: scoping, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution, with support on the most complex escalations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with process design and workflow/automation tools (Jira, Confluence; Salesforce, Power BI, or Power Automate a plus).
- Comfortable working with data for tracking, analysis, and decision-making.
- Fluent English; able to coordinate effectively with US-based teams across time zones.
We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences. If you think you could have an impact even though you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply. We want to hear from you!
