
We're seeking a highly skilled and culturally attuned Graphic Design Manager (Contractual) who will help us in expand our business in India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a creative and skilled Designer and Video Editor to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of FlixBus India across multiple platforms, including social media, OOH, branding, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, deeply understands the Indian market, and possesses a strong background in marketing operations.
To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven Graphic Design Manager – Gurugram (Contractual).
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Design static and dynamic creatives for social media, OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising, shop boards, posters, and digital campaigns.
- Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners and standees.
- Ensure all designs align with FlixBus’s brand identity while maintaining a fresh, creative approach.
- Edit and produce engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Create internal video assets for presentations, team events, and brand storytelling.
- Add motion graphics and animations to enhance content appeal.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Optimize content based on social media trends, engagement insights, and performance analytics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging tools to enhance creative output.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in graphic design and video editing.
- Deep understanding of the Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key metrics, motion graphics, animation, typography and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience in social media design, especially for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Prior experience in a mobility, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brand is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
