We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Brand Team. In this role, you will support key brand initiatives, including our brand partnerships, market launches, and brand campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, campaign management, and project coordination in a dynamic and international environment. 

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships: 

  • Support the development and execution of brand partnerships across different territories (e.g. sports, culture).
  • Support with the coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship and partnership activities. These include cross-channel campaigns as well as onsite events.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential brand partnership opportunities. 

Brand Campaign Management: 

  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of brand campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Assist in developing creative assets and messaging aligned with brand strategy.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.  

Market Launches & Brand Growth: 

  • Support the strategic planning and execution of brand initiatives for new market entries.
  • Conduct market research to identify local trends and consumer insights.
  • Assist in creating localized marketing materials aligned with brand strategy and positioning. 

Project Management & Coordination: 

  • Support cross-functional teams in managing timelines and deliverables for brand-related projects (e.g. partnership events, cross-channel campaigns) 
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project performance and prepare reports on key brand initiatives. 

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sports Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in brand marketing, sponsorships, and international market strategies.
  • Experience or interest in campaign management and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with marketing tools is a plus.
  • Experience in event management and event marketing is a plus.
  • A passion for football and/or culture is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially German, are a plus.
