We're looking for a motivated and driven Commercial Analyst/Market Development Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
About the Role

Monitor and analyze regional performance, competitor behavior, demand patterns, and line performance to optimize business decisions

Own fare management by defining regional settings, fallback logic, and ensuring proper implementation across the perimeter

Support commercial activities including promotions, marketing, sales initiatives, and A/B testing, aligning with market strategy

Develop country-specific plans, building campaign calendars for digital outreach and creating briefings for marketing & sales channels with budget insights

Identify customer and product flow potential, assessing market trends, social discounts, special products, and willingness to pay for strategic pricing

Collect e-commerce needs, build business cases, pitch proposals, and deliver ad-hoc reports and analyses to support decision-making

Lead or contribute as a project manager on specific initiatives, staying informed on market news, competitor shifts, and industry updates
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Economy, Finance, Mathematics, Actuary or similar
- 2-3 years in similar role; Revenue Management or Commercial Development
- Strong analytical skills
- Passion for profit optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English
