We're looking for a motivated and driven Agent Shops & Stations (On-site) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
We are the UKs fastest growing intercity coach network and are looking to expand our operations team. The UKs intercity coach market is being revolutionised by the launch of Flixbus. We are now looking to expand our strong, dynamic and ambitious team to support our growth. We are searching for a driven, passionate and experienced Agent to join our team in the UK!
About the Role
- Represent FlixBus to our growing customer base and support us in becoming the UK's largest coach network, by playing a part in every customers experience by assisting them with a smooth start to their journey
- Sell tickets and upsell Flix addons to passengers in the station
- Provide help and advice to existing & potential customers with any ticketing queries, support with operational updates, cancellations, or delays
- Directly influence the quality & performance of the customer journey through carrying out audits & quality checks of the vehicles before they depart
- Provide our Flix Drivers with support in providing a great customer experience through carrying out ticket checks & check ins, coordinate live departures and support in the smooth flow of passengers through the station
- Be the guiding mind in response to incidents, cancellations and delays that occur, to ensure our customers are fully informed & are able to continue with their journey as smoothly, and to cause as little disruption to the network as possible
About You
- Possess experience of working in a customer facing role and know how to provide great customer service to Flix’s customers through excellent communication skills
- Capable of prioritizing key tasks and make decisions quickly on sometimes, limited information
- Support and handle difficult situations whilst remaining professional
- Work alongside your team members on a rota including shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 00:00
- Thrive in high pressure, fast moving and dynamic environments
- Show proactiveness, motivation and autonomy to grow with a business
