
We're looking for a motivated and driven PEOPLE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
The People Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR processes. This position will be responsible for handling pre-payroll activities, managing vendor relationships, processing vouchers; overseeing, creating and safekeeping employment contracts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Pre-Payroll Management: Prepare and process pre-payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Voucher Processing: Handle the processing of vouchers, including verification, approval, and record-keeping.
- Contract Management: Oversee the administration of employee contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining records.
- System Management: Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient operation.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Employee Support: Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Proven experience in HR operations and Payroll ideally within a Shared Service Center environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferable) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Spanish essential. PLEASE NOTE - Only applications submitted in English will be considered!
- Portuguese language skills nice to have.
