As we continue to expand our operations in North India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a motivated & driven Junior Regional Operations Manager with focus on Ground Management, Process Design & Analytics to help us drive operational excellence.   

Based in Gurugram, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our ground operational excellence, data analysis and vendor management processes! 

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You will manage a team of Operations Associates on the ground, guiding them to execute daily tasks efficiently and ensuring overall operational success
  • You will build and nurture strong relationships with bus stations and operators, fostering collaboration and smooth operations
  • You will conduct and manage audits, as well as gather stakeholders’ feedback to ensure operators comply with safety regulations and operational standards
  • You will monitor and improve operational KPIs, ensuring operators adhere to our processes and standards, while identifying and solving risks
  • You will be responsible for indentifying & creation of stations across the region, and work closely with Network Planning & Operations team
  • You will track and analyze KPIs for stations, including punctuality, service quality, accessibility & compliance
  • You will work on customer satisfaction initiatives and address feedback to improve station experience

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 2-6 years of work experience in operations management, ideally within rapidly scaling startups in transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors
  • Experience in managing and training ground team is a strong plus
  • Experience in designing operational processes is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Resilience to navigate and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Keen attention to detail with an unwavering pursuit of excellence
  • You are organized and autonomous, have a team and customer-oriented working style and consider yourself a travel enthusiast with a proactive attitude towards challenges (ready to travel across North of India)
