To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Executive – Gurugram (Contractual).
Job Overview
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing bus partners, ensuring their growth and operational excellence within the FlixBus network. Additionally, you will take ownership of contract management for bus partners across India, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in partnership agreements.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Bus Partner Aquisition: Develop a pipeline of potential bus partners, qualify leads, and drive end-to-end partner onboarding, including contract closure and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction (NPS), resolve commercial disputes, maintain compliance, and drive fleet growth at the right cost.
- Stay close to the ground to provide insights on pricing, route planning, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop, standardize, and manage contracts for all FlixBus partners, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Address commercial disputes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, pricing, legal) to ensure seamless partner integration and growth.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- 2 -3 years’ hands-on experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, problem-solving, and a strategic mindset for business growth.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
- Hybrid role with frequent travel across other key cities to engage with bus partners.
