
We are looking for an motivated, curious, and analytical Junior Manager Internal Communications (m/f/d) with strong judgement and a multi-channel approach to drive global employee communication.
This role can be based in Berlin or Munich.
In this role, you will support the development and implementation of international communication strategies and internal campaigns designed to inform and inspire corporate employees on key topics and narratives. You will create engaging and compelling content and strategically distribute it across all internal formats and channels.
Our new team member is ideally a creative and enthusiastic storyteller who can collaborate across teams and work closely with executives to uncover compelling stories and content ideas.
You should have a proven ability to distill information, find common threads between projects, and understand complex issues. Additionally, you should anticipate employee questions and reactions, proactively shape narratives, and deliver the right information at the right time through the right channels.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Develop and drive communications that inform and inspire corporate employees around the company’s business strategy, vision, projects & initiatives, cultural values, and other priorities.
- Manage the internal communications editorial calendar across all channels and formats (intranet, All Hands, email, internal social media, and more) in a diverse, complex, and international set up.
- Create and curate relevant, engaging and impactful content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely execution.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and departments across the organization incl. PR, People Team, Corporate Responsibility, to source relevant content.
- Serve as a trusted internal communications partner and strategic advisor for internal teams.
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications, using feedback and analytics to improve engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and refine communication tools, approaches, and formats to better connect our employees to our vision and strategy so we strive towards it together.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Desired 2-3 years of experience in Internal Communications within a multi-national company with audiences in different countries and dispersed locations. Experience in the technology or transportation sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience developing and managing an editorial calendar with engaging content across multiple channels and formats, balancing long- and short-term planning, and proactively sourcing content from stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create visually compelling, high-quality presentations that effectively communicate key messages and engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English are a must, ensuring the crafting of clear, compelling narratives on complex topics.
