Job Overview

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing bus partners, ensuring their growth and operational excellence within the FlixBus network. Additionally, you will take ownership of contract management for bus partners across India, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in partnership agreements.

To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven Regional Business Development Executive – Bangalore (Contractual).

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Robust industry knowledge and Market understanding.
  • Ownership & Accountability - Oversee the end-to-end process of bus partner identification, selection, conversion, and management.
  • Stakeholder Management – Bus partners, external stakeholders and within the internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills – MS Excel, ability interpret meaningful insights from data and take data backed decisions. 
  • Financial and commercial acumen (Preferred; beneficial for long-term growth.)

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • 1–2 years in Sales/Business Development, preferably in the mobility sector.
  • Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business expansion.
  • You are communicative and a team player.
  • You are flexible and prepared to work in shifts (24/7). However, when schedules are made your personal needs are taken into consideration.
