
We're looking for a motivated and driven CRM Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our global CRM team. This is a critical role for CRM at Flix as we expand our capabilities, redefine our toolset and constantly optimize for maximum revenue, profits, and growth, as well as scalability and efficiency. We support constant global market growth with our marketing activities to increase repeated purchases and prevent churn. We always aim for cutting edge technologies and a high level of innovation. As part of a data-driven team in our Marketing & Customer Product organization you will report into the CRM Team Lead. This role is based in Berlin, Germany.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Ensure excellence in our new CRM platform set-up (Braze), working with Tech teams across the company
- Focus on driving App engagement and growth topics by enabling multichannel communication
- Enable revenue drivers in alignment with the CRM Communication team by developing operational flows on a global scale (Flix is present in 40+ countries worldwide)
- Drive the technical and operational implementation and optimization of our CRM tool Braze
- Develop and maintain workflow automations, integrations, and personalization that drive efficiency & relevance.
- Collaborate with different marketing, product and engineering teams, ensuring CRM technical solutions align with business goals
- Analyze CRM data to drive insights and recommendations for customer flows
- Ensure data quality and compliance through audits and analysis
- Contribute to our yearly and quarterly objectives by pitching your ideas and taking over ownership of tasks
- Maintain a good understanding of emerging technologies and CRM best practices
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- 2+ years CRM experience in a tech driven environment.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with configuring and optimizing a CRM tool for mobile applications, Braze specific experience is a very strong plus.
- Ability to transform business needs into system and process requirements.
- Interested in technical processes and motivated to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
- You think customer first, and you proactively raise opportunities along the lifecycle.
- Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience using API integrations for driving app engagement ideal, with a good understanding of data structures and microservice.
- Fluency in English is a must.
