The Business Development team ensures Flix's operational effectiveness and successful partner relations in the Nordics market. As the key liaison for bus partners, you’ll manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure efficient, profitable route performance. Leveraging your commercial and analytical mindset, you'll identify cost-saving opportunities, drive operational improvements, boost revenue and implement HQ strategies tailored to the Nordic market.
About the role
- Be the key point of contact for our bus partners, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth cooperation. You take full ownership of route performance, continuously monitoring, optimizing, and improving operations to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Possess a strong commercial and analytical mindset, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities. Through data-driven decision-making, you improve efficiency without compromising quality or service
- Influence and execute HQ-initiated projects, ensuring that global strategies are adapted to local market conditions. You champion these projects, providing strategic input and ensuring seamless implementation
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue. Whether through strategic pricing, expanding service offerings, or optimizing partnerships, you take a hands-on role in driving profitability
- Critically assess processes, challenge inefficiencies, and drive innovation. You are highly motivated to push boundaries and achieve continuous growth
About you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategy, preferably in a multinational environment
- Fluency in Swedish and English (Norwegian/Danish is a plus, but not required)
- Proven track record in negotiation, partnership management, and financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to make strategic decisions (Excel, BI tools)
- Self-driven & solution-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial acumen
- Full ownership mentality – you take responsibility for your work and see projects through
