As a Programmatic Marketing Specialist Flix, you can make an impact by planning, executing and optimizing programmatic campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversions across all Flix markets. This includes our established European and US markets, as well as our growing markets such as Brazil, Chile, and India, spanning all of our brands (FlixTrain, FlixBus, Greyhound and Kamil Koc). About the Role:

  • Develop comprehensive programmatic marketing/paid media strategies for multiple countries, brands, and across multiple channels (Connected TV, online video, display, native, etc.). 
  • Manage the planning and execution of programmatic marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. This involves negotiating with publishers, setting up technical campaign parameters, devising bidding strategies, continuously analyzing and optimizing performance, conducting tests, generating reports, and tracking budgets 
  • Coordinate campaigns and activities with other marketing functions to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution 
  • Utilize advanced targeting options and audience segmentation strategies to reach and engage specific demographics, interests and behaviours 
  • Actively participate in creative development and testing 
  • Collaborate closely with country leads to identify potential opportunities and explore innovative ideas 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new programmatic advertising vendors, platforms, formats, features, emerging technologies and best practices, and apply this knowledge to maximize campaign performance as well as prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to key stakeholders, including senior management 

About You:

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, platforms, and industry tools (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, ad servers etc.). 
  • Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns using media buying products such as DV360, TTD, or other DSPs.  
  • Familiar with digital marketing metrics, you have strong analytical skills and are confident in making data-driven recommendations 
  • Experience with creative testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies and using different campaign formats 
  • Collaborative and capable of working within a cross-functional setup with team members dispersed around the globe 
  • Strong team player and you have excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner 
  • Proactive mindset, take initiative in bringing forward ideas and proposals, and thrive in an environment with ample freedom
