As a data-savvy Senior People Analyst (m/f/d) at Flix, you can make an impact by enabling the organization to make better people decisions through high-quality data infrastructure, scalable reporting solutions, and actionable people insights.

About the Role

  • Own and manage the HR data architecture across systems, leveraging tools like FiveTran, custom SQL pipelines, and APIs to ensure centralized and reliable data availability in Snowflake, while maintaining scalable and well-structured data models

  • Develop robust reporting layers in Power BI, translating raw data into intuitive and scalable dashboards for HR and leadership

  • Automate recurring reporting needs and build self-service analytics tools to empower HR and business leaders

  • Generate actionable people insights using predictive analytics techniques (e.g. turnover forecasting, engagement driver analysis) using Python or R

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in People Partnering, Leadership, and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into clear data solutions

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across the employee data lifecycle

 

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Data Engineering, or a similarly data-centric HR role, with a strong track record of owning end-to-end HR data stacks

  • Proficient in SQL (advanced queries, complex joins), building data models in Snowflake, and creating intuitive dashboards in Power BI
  • Comfortable using ETL/ELT tools such as FiveTran, dbt, or custom pipelines to manage data integration across systems, scripting or automation experience in Python or R (a strong plus)
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting and HRIS data extraction, with a solid grasp of HR system structures and their impact on downstream analytics

  • A sound understanding of key HR processes (recruiting, retention, performance, compensation) and how data can inform and optimize them

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—you can translate complex technical insights into impactful narratives for cross-functional HR stakeholders

  • Fluency in English
