We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist in Kyiv, who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
About the Role
- Responsible for timely and accurate Bus Partner billing
- Work on Toll fees/Bus stations controlling, also with external partners
- Prepare the Intercompany recharges support documentation
- Perform regular Bus costs and Infrastructure costs reporting
- Participate in the Agencies' Billing and administration
- Prepare supporting documentation for VAT reporting and cooperate with external advisors
- Innovate processes through company-wide projects to keep the growing business scalable
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in Accounting or related topics
- Strong affiliation with numbers and analytical skills
- Broad knowledge of accounting principles
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
- Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language, both written and spoken
- Good English skills - minimum B1 level to be able to communicate effectively in writing and in conversation
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel is a plus
