We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting to join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring financial integrity through risk assessment and process efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, risk management, and process improvement, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
This role involves collaborating with headquarters teams, tax, legal, systems, and other internal stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships.
About the Role

Assess and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and process improvements.

Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to address risks and enhance controls.

Optimize accounting processes through automation and best practices for efficiency.

Lead financial reporting initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration.

Deliver insights to senior management based on financial analysis and risk assessments.
Annual compensation range: $120,000 - $125,000 USD
About You
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

8-10+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on risk management, process improvement, and compliance with GAAP.

Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to assess complex financial data.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial insights clearly.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and other financial software tools.
