We're looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
About the Role

Prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and management

Serve as a credible advisor to external partners, addressing issues, resolving complaints, and maintaining trust

Manage P&L results for assigned partners

Coordinate projects, ensuring fluid interactions between departments and timely delivery of results
-
Apply analytical skills to navigate complex datasets, identify growth opportunities, and optimize business relationships

Support the development of special projects for local and international teams in defining new routes and pricing

Implement a route network using quantitative analysis, including competitor benchmarking
About You
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a multinational environment, with a strong track record of success and high-performance results

Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel

High-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; professional experience with PowerPoint is valued

Solid understanding of economics, including the ability to read and interpret balance sheets

Problem-solving mindset with a self-reliant, reliable, and conscientious approach to work

Full working proficiency in English and the ability to operate independently with a responsible and structured working style
