The UKs intercity coach market is being revolutionised by the launch of Flixbus. We are now looking to expand our strong, dynamic and ambitious team. To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking for an Operations Manager UK. This position will be based in London.  

About the Role

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse large datasets to derive operational insights, monitor bus partner quality, and assess network performance to drive service improvements. 
  • Reporting & Performance Planning: Build reports and quality plans for bus partners, incorporating customer feedback and data to support implementation and improvement. 
  • Product & Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in customer-facing products and internal processes, and create business cases to support feature prioritisation and optimisation. 
  • Partner Support & Relationship Management: Manage partner databases, oversee performance, and take ownership of partner accounts to ensure service quality and alignment with Flix standards. 
  • Operational Coordination & Support: Provide daily technical and operational assistance to partners, and coordinate responses to delays, incidents, and changes in the network. 
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding processes for new bus operators and support partner driver training to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences. 
  • Customer Experience & Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, working closely with Customer Services to enhance processes and overall passenger satisfaction. 

About You

  • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment 
  • A proven track record of strong results in a similar data analytical role
  • Experienced with Excel, beneficial to have experience using PowerBI and SQL
  • Accuracy and punctuality in carrying out tasks, as well as ability to juggle multiple projects with strict deadlines  
  • You thrive in a fast paced, high pressure & dynamic environment 
  • Strong drive, self-motivated, accountable and entrepreneurial 
  • You are proactive, motivated, autonomous and have a desire to grow with a business
