As a CRM Communications Manager (m/f/d) in our global CRM team you can make an impact by driving the team forward, developing our brands and customer communication across the globe. As part of a data-driven team in our Marketing & Customer Product organization you will report into the CRM Team Lead. This is a critical role for CRM at Flix as we expand our capabilities, redefine our toolset and constantly optimize for maximum revenue, profits, and growth, as well as scalability and efficiency. We support constant global market growth with our marketing activities to increase repeated purchases and prevent churn. This role is based in Munich (it's also possible to be located in Berlin), Germany.
About the Role
- Drive customer retention and churn prevention, measured by CLV and incremental impact, through strategic CRM initiatives
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing communications via email and push in Braze, ensuring effective targeting of relevant customer segments aligned with global and market-specific ambitions
- Optimize CRM automated communications by analyzing performance data, A/B testing content variations, and optimizing messaging, creatives, and layouts to maximize effectiveness
- Implement data-driven personalized content with continuous ambition to improve relevancy
- Support strategic planning by contributing to the department’s quarterly objectives, pitching ideas, and building business cases for new initiatives
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams developing communication ideas aligned with business priorities
- Ensure full compliance with privacy regulations across all customer communications
About You
- 3+ years experience in marketing communication, preferably with a strong focus on mobile
- 3+ years hands-on experience with a CRM tool, Braze specific experience is a very strong plus
- 3+ years work experience in a global, high-volume environment, handling email and push communication for multiple countries/ languages, personalizing and regionalizing marketing communications (additional WhatsApp and SMS experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge in customer segmentation
- Interest in turning commercial needs into creative communication ideas, comfortable taking ideas forward to implementation
- Fluency in English is a must
- SQL knowledge is a strong plus
