As a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at Flix, you will make an impact by providing comprehensive support to leaders and employees while driving process optimization, compliance, and development initiatives for France Shops & Benelux. Reporting to the Team Lead People Western Europe and as part a lean, fast-paced, and data-driven team of 4, you will help us shape our team to drive the company to the next level.
The role is based in Paris and available immediately.
About the Role
- Advise, consult and support leaders on all key people processes, end-to-end employee lifecycle including performance management, compensation, talent development, etc
- Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Structure and digitize HR workflows, including Workday optimization to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and implement skills-building programs, facilitate internal training sessions, and establish leadership development initiatives
- Promote inclusion by designing and implementing policies related to diversity and disability while raising awareness through targeted training
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives, including potential work council activities and other legal or organizational topics
- In the course of your duties, you will have business trips to visit the employees of your scope (Amsterdam, Shops in France)
About You
- Fluency in French and English is a must; Dutch is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with strong operational focus and end-to-end employee lifecycle management
- Solid understanding of French labour law; experience with legal matters and compliance is a strong plus
- Proven ability to navigate multicultural environments, preferably within international or high-growth organizations
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels
- Initiative, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and flexibility in adjusting priorities
- Experience improving HR processes and leveraging HRIS tools like Workday for operational efficiency
