We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Revenue Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have direct influence on our success while playing a crucial role in optimizing the company's revenue streams and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Working closely with our Revenue Management Team Lead, you will analyze revenue data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize profitability for an assigned portfolio of markets and city-pairs.
About the Role
- Perform Pricing and Revenue Management functions in establishing and managing the fare structure and related fare management process to meet company/department revenue/sales goals
- Work as part of the Commercial team in growing revenue through identifying areas of opportunity and areas of concern and leading the development of strategic pricing actions
- Conducts quantitative analysis of assigned area of responsibility to measure overall performance and success of fare structure, deriving and communicating actionable insights
- Closely monitor competition and identify pricing and/or scheduling opportunities, synthesize conclusions and drive/support implementation
- Work closely with Capacity Management / Operations / Scheduling to maximize yield and load metrics during peak periods
- Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all sales performance and fare management issues for assigned area
About You

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field required; Master’s preferred and may substitute for experience

Minimum 2 years of Revenue Management or related business experience; transportation sector experience is a plus

Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills; self-starter with minimal supervision needed

Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access

Experience with SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, or other data manipulation and visualization platforms

Excellent time management and ability to work beyond standard business hours when needed

Proven ability to analyze revenue data, identify trends, and implement profitability strategies
