As we continue to expand our operations in South India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a motivated & driven Bus Captain /Host – Contractual basis.
This is a travel extensive role, you will be based in Hyderabad but would frequently travel to Andra Pradesh & Telangana on a weekly basis. Your travel would include bus trips weekly basis to understand the operational issues & training of hosts given by bus partners. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Flix's services, likely including bus operations and related logistics, ground operational excellence, data analysis and vendor management processes!
About The Role
- Execute and oversee daily operations of ongoing strategic initiatives.Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Oversee the management of various waiting lounges to ensure they meet our standards for comfort and customer service.
- Manage operations at various bus stations and stops to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the account manager for all rest stops across India, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high service standard.
- Conduct regular analysis of our operational processes.
About You
- 0-1 years’ experience in operations, preferably in an intercity travel operations, logistics or last mile company.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills & stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; flexible of working in shifts (24/7). However, when schedules are made your personal needs are taken into consideration.
- This is a travel extensive role, you will be based in Hyderabad but would frequently travel to Andra Pradesh & Telangana on a weekly basis.
