Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en gedreven Junior Operations Manager Benelux (m/v/x) voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam, die staat te popelen om zijn/haar carrière te starten en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen binnen onze Flix-familie.

About the Role

  • Ondersteunen van de regionale operaties door het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke lokale partnerschappen
  • Assisteren bij projecten op locatie om de klantervaring, buskwaliteit en ondersteuning van chauffeurs te verbeteren
  • Beheren van kleinschalige operationele taken en bijdragen aan impactvolle verbeteringen
  • Gebruikmaken van data en KPI’s om partners te ondersteunen bij het leveren van betrouwbare en veilige dienstverlening
  • Nauw samenwerken met stationsteams en actief zijn in het veld om kwaliteitscontroles te ondersteunen
  • Helpen waarborgen dat veiligheidsnormen worden nageleefd door audits en procescontroles te ondersteunen
  • Interne tools en systemen gebruiken om dagelijkse operaties te coördineren en inzichten te delen

About You

  • HBO-opleiding in een relevant vakgebied (zoals business, toerisme of logistiek)
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een dynamische, snelgroeiende werkomgeving
  • Vertrouwd met digitale tools (Microsoft, Salesforce, PowerBI, Android) en snel in het leren van nieuwe systemen
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en gemotiveerd om operationele uitmuntendheid na te streven
  • Sterke analytische, communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Een echte teamspeler met een behulpzame instelling en het vermogen om met diverse belanghebbenden samen te werken
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een pluspunt), met rijbewijs en bereidheid om te reizen
