Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en gedreven Operations Manager Benelux (m/v/x) voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam, die een sleutelrol zal spelen in het vormgeven en verbeteren van onze regionale operaties in de Benelux.

About the Role

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige regionale partnerschappen ter ondersteuning van operationele ontwikkeling
  • Leiden van impactvolle projecten gericht op het verbeteren van voertuig- en chauffeurkwaliteit, partnerondersteuning en training
  • KPI-analyses gebruiken om partners effectief te laten bijdragen aan ons internationale netwerk
  • Samenwerken met stationsteams en actief in het veld om service- en kwaliteitsnormen te verhogen
  • Dagelijkse operaties coördineren via onze multi-platform IT-systemen en tools
  • Zorgen voor veiligheid en naleving door samen te werken met interne teams en audits uit te voeren
  • Gegevens en processen analyseren met het team om continue verbetering te stimuleren en de status quo uit te dagen

About You

  • HBO-opleiding in een relevant vakgebied (zoals business, toerisme of logistiek)
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in dynamische of technologiegedreven omgevingen
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een passie voor het vertalen van data naar bruikbare inzichten
  • Vaardig met Microsoft-tools, PowerBI, Salesforce en snel in het eigen maken van nieuwe systemen
  • Proactief, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht – je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en levert resultaten
  • Uitstekende communicator, zowel in samenwerking als zelfstandig, met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands (Frans is een pluspunt), met rijbewijs en bereidheid om te reizen
