We are looking for a motivated Intern for a period of five months to support our European Traffic Control Team.
About the Role
- Track the current traffic situation of the bus service and coordinate in case of changes in the personnel and vehicle deployment;
- Be responsible for avoiding malfunctions before they even occur, for minimizing their effects in the actual event and for a quick implementation of alternative actions;
- Intensively interact with all parties of FlixBus, especially with our drivers and bus partners and inform our passengers about delays and malfunctions;
- Be our customers´ first and main supporting hand on every topic;
- Be prepared to work in shifts.
About You
- Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in Transport and Traffic Sciences, Economics, or related studies
- Previous customer experience and similar jobs is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Highly motivated in achievement unique customer experience to develop our business Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Romanian and fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
