As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex HR & Accounting technology projects from inception to completion while being in close alignment with our Global HQ Tech leadership partners and our strategic vendors. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. 

About the Role

  • Lead the application harmonization program, managing planning, execution, risk, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with business and tech leaders to understand needs, uncover redundancies, and develop effective consolidation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing applications to identify overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or improvement.
  • Develop and drive the delivery of a scalable, cost-effective tech roadmap in collaboration with domain owners, using evaluation options to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure integration aligns with standards and best practices; manage vendor invoicing processes weekly.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the application landscape, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and user adoption.
  • Track and report progress, manage change through communication and training, and build strong stakeholder relationships while staying adaptable and results-driven. 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on technology transformation and application integration. PMP, Agile or Scrum Master certification is a plus. Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with software development methodologies, project management tools and cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, including HRIS, Accounting, and other business-critical systems.
  • Hands on experience with technical integrations and system architect knowledge is a plus.  
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid experience in change management and risk management in the context of technology integration.
