As a Shop Manager (f/m/d) at Flix, you can make an impact by ensuring the smooth operation of our point of sale and bus station activities at Amsterdam Sloterdijk, enabling us to continue our success and growth in the Netherlands.
About the Role
- Lead and motivate the field team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Ensure compliance with Flix standards in service, reception, and sales.
- Oversee daily operations, report key information, and handle incidents effectively.
- Optimize scheduling and resources, covering for team leaders or agents when needed.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing better practices.
- Manage onboarding and training for new hires and ongoing development for the team.
- Share insights and align with internal stakeholders on performance goals
About You
- 2–3 years of professional experience, including team management responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong coordination and communication skills to align team efforts
- Well-organized, responsive, and attentive in managing sales and operations
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
