We're looking for a motivated Finance & Accounting Specialist (Oracle ERP) in Gurugram who will help us drive the company to the next level and have the most direct influence on our success. This role requires strong Oracle ERP expertise and hands-on accounting knowledge to ensure smooth financial operations.
About the Role
- Maintain and update accounting records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate transaction records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment handling.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and assist in creating financial statements.
- Support the finance team and cross-functional departments with accounting-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Collaborate on other finance-related projects and ad-hoc requirements.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/B.Com (Hons.) preferred; Regular graduation strongly preferred), with graduation details (year, college, and university) to be provided.
- At least 2–3 years of professional accounting experience, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and book closure; experience with Australian accounting/auditing is a strong plus.
- Prior work experience with Australian GAAP would be preferred
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on Oracle ERP experience for bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivables is mandatory.
- Master’s or professional qualification (MBA, CA-Inter, CA, or M.Com) would be preferred but not limited to.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel with at least 2–3 years of practical usage.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
