The Project Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for overseeing and managing cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate diverse teams and external partners, while driving initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals.
About the Role
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from concept through completion.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Conduct feasibility analyses and identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and collaboration with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate technical and non-technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and present regular project status and financial reports to senior leadership.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent skills in budgeting, resource management, and risk assessment.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and related software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
