As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to become a key player in our team. You will use your interpersonal and analytical skills to build and maintain long-term relationships, identify strategic approaches, conduct comprehensive market analysis, and generate leads to drive business objectives and enhance the growth of Flix on both global and local fronts.
About the Role
- Support and execute market strategies in collaboration with the international sales and marketing teams, focusing on offline distribution channels (e.g., travel agencies, tourist offices, selling points, and alternative point of sales)
- Work on revenue streams and channel efficiency, proactively identifying and suggesting solutions to optimize channel performance in your designated regions
- Actively contributing to the acquisition and development of reseller partners, providing effective communication and support to meet their day-to-day business needs
- Support the closing of commercial contracts and the execution of marketing campaigns to enhance the Flix portfolio in the Serbian market. Collaborate with your own and other teams to ensure overall business success
- Manage CRM to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date information, as well as local contracts, report market costs, and execute budgeting processes
- Collaborate with your team leader and head of sales to develop global strategies
- Provide regular performance reviews and updates to internal stakeholders
About You
- Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written Serbian, Croatian and fluency in English
- A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial roles focusing on partner management, budgeting, and cost reporting within market activities
- Strong social, communication, and analytical skills
- High motivation for achievement and entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to master basic reporting, and deep dive into defined challenges
