About the Role
- You will be responsible in any aspects of office management, including but not limited to:
- responsibility for the supply of office stationery and consumables
- contacting and managing building maintenance and property service providers
- You will manage car rental bookings in accordance with company conventions when required.
- You will be responsible for keeping all occupational safety documentation up-to-date, liaising with the external RSPP
- You will be involved in the management and archiving of paper documentation when special needs require it
- You will propose and execute solutions in internal event organization.
- You could, with the remote support of an IT manager, take care of basic tasks of software maintenance
About You
- At least 2 years of experience in office management or receptionist role
- Full working proficiency in both Italian and English
- Adequate social, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and understand a balance sheet
- Problem solving attitude
- Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
