We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our team and ensure seamless operations at our passenger service counters for our airport shuttle - a direct, affordable link between Greater Noida and Delhi Airport (T1 & T3). As an Airport Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and sales activities at the service counters. Your role will involve assisting passengers, handling queries, coordinating smooth bus arrivals and departures, and ensuring a great customer experience.

This role will be based at the airport, and you should be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts & during weekends/festivals. If you’re a sales professional who thrives on performance, growth, and rewards, Flix delivers — with uncapped incentives based on your results.

About the Role

  • Manage daily operations at passenger service counters
  • Handle ticket sales and customer queries with a strong focus on service quality
  • Ensure smooth coordination of bus arrivals and departures
  • Work closely with the operations team to resolve on-ground issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales and passenger data

About You

  • 2-4 years of experience in direct sales / B2C sales, direct marketing or customer service
  • Extrovert, sincere & confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts to ensure round-the-clock coverage; willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts & during weekends/festivals.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the travel, mobility, or hospitality sector is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage
