The Senior Recruiter plays a pivotal role in shaping Flix North America’s talent strategy. This person partners closely with leadership to identify hiring needs, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. They operate with autonomy, influence decision‑making, and drive continuous improvement across the full recruitment lifecycle.

About the Role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range and level of roles, from intake to offer acceptance, across multiple departments
  • Partner with senior leadership for in-depth understanding of business needs and skillset optimization
  • Champion candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and thoughtful engagement.
  • Drive data‑informed decisions by analyzing hiring metrics and recommending process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, People Ops, and business partners to ensure alignment.
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, assessment methods, and market trends.
  • Partner with global Talent Acquisition Team for recruitment projects, best practices, etc.

About You

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in fast‑paced environments
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in an in-house recruiting function, ideally in start-ups or in a hyper growth company
  • Experience recruiting for variety of seniority levels and departments
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proactive working-style and excitement to drive projects and make them happen
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools
