We are now looking to expand our strong, dynamic and ambitious team to support our growth. We are searching for a driven, passionate and experienced Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in the UK!
About the Role
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery across the UK network by developing scalable processes, governance, and policies, and by fostering strong relationships with partner operators
- Work with partner operators and network planning to analyze punctuality, maintain service reliability, and ensure vehicles meet Flixbus’ customer promise, including robust cleaning standards
- Support partner operators with driver training to uphold a strong passenger experience, recognising drivers as key brand representatives
- Onboard new partner operators to enable the company’s targeted growth and collaborate with operators, stations, and planners on smooth timetable changes
- Monitor partner operator performance, ensuring consistent quality and reliability, and lead improvement plans when needed
- Manage day‑to‑day operational challenges in a 24/7 transport environment, using large datasets to identify trends and opportunities to enhance passenger experience
- Work with bus stations, local authorities, Traffic Control, Customer Services, and other stakeholders to support network expansion, customer‑facing process development, and implementation of global safety standards and audits
About You
- Possesses at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrates in‑depth knowledge of industry standards
- Works in a process‑driven and structured manner
- Operates with a strong focus on KPIs and performance
- Brings highly analytical thinking and enjoys working with large datasets
- Thrives in a challenging environment and shows strong ambition
