We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Leave & Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. As a member of the HR department, you will have a significant role in designing, implementing and managing our organization's benefits programs, including market trends to ensure our company remains competitive and attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of employee leaves of absence and benefits administration. 

About the Role

  • Oversee and administer the organization’s employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, life and disability, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and delivery to employees 
  • Manage open enrollment and onboarding processes, guiding employees through benefit options and ensuring completion of required documentation 
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA) to mitigate risk and maintain audit readiness 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, delivering clear benefits communication and education to support informed decision making and maximize utilization 
  • Partner with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage plan performance, negotiate competitive offerings, and implement new or enhanced benefit programs 
  • Reconcile payroll and vendor data to resolve discrepancies related to employee contributions, deferrals, and loan repayments 
  • Support benefits related projects, including plan design changes, vendor implementations, system enhancements, and process improvements 

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, 401k, or a related HR generalist role 
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including ERISA, IRS regulations, and fiduciary responsibilities 
  • Experience with 401k plan administration, compliance, and audit processes is a plus   
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) with experience using HRIS systems and payroll integrations 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision making 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support and educate employees 
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work 
  • Relevant certifications such as CCP, CBP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
