As a (Junior) People Operations Specialist (m/f/d), being part of the Europe East People Team, you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth and compliant employee lifecycle processes while contributing to a great employee experience.
This role is based in Warsaw or Zagreb (hybrid model) and available immediately. Please apply with CV in English!
About the Role
- Provide day-to-day HR support to our awesome teams in Europe East region making sure interactions are positive, responsive, and leave employees feeling supported
- Cooperate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth, accurate payroll processing, providing timely and precise data every month (e.g. timesheets, salary updates, updates on new hires & leavers)
- Administer employment contracts, annexes, terminations, and other HR documents with a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything is in perfect order
- Manage employee benefits across your countries, making sure our offerings are competitive, well-managed, and loved by our teams
- Keep HR data in systems like Workday, Comarch, Calamari, Mindento, and Spendesk clean, accurate, and compliant
- Craft easy-to-understand local policies that not only comply with regulations but also resonate with our vibrant company culture
- Lead local onboarding & offboarding by creating memorable experience for our new joiners and exiting employees
About You
- Previous experience in HR operations (e.g. within a Shared Service Center or supporting international teams)
- Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, enova365, Comarch HRM etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to implement them effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and communicate clearly across various levels and regions
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Fluency in English and other Eastern European language
