We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Specialist (m/f/d) who will help us shape our offline sales team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
About the Role
- Build and develop relationships with sales partners across Poland
- Acquire new offline sales partners and provide ongoing support to existing ones
- Support the development and performance of offline sales channels
- Coordinate promotional and marketing campaigns for the partner network
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate partner data in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Support campaign planning and budgeting while representing the needs of your partner portfolio
About You
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with remote, international teams and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and openness to new challenges and change
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or another CRM system is an advantage
