Help drive the expansion of our cross-border bus network by coordinating regulatory, operational, and infrastructure activities across Southeast Europe. You will work closely with authorities, bus stations, and internal teams to ensure seamless network growth, compliance, and service excellence.
About the Role
- Regulatory & Legal Compliance: Manage all regulatory and legal matters for assigned bus routes, maintaining active contact with licensing and authorization authorities for international and domestic transport. Monitor existing authorizations to ensure they remain valid by tracking expiration dates, review frequencies, and any required updates or renewals. Maintain and manage relationships with road transport authorities and consumer protection authority, ensuring timely resolution of claims, complaints and regulatory inquiries in compliance with applicable legislation
- Route Network Development: Coordinate route-related tasks across Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, and Moldova, collaborating with the planning team on network growth and timetables
- Stop Identification & Capacity Analysis: Identify new potential stops and evaluate the capacity of existing ones to support network expansion
- Bus Station Relations & Contracts: Maintain up-to-date contracts and relationships with bus stations and stop infrastructure managers
- Operational Communication: Keep stop infrastructure managers informed of schedule changes, assist with settlements, and ensure accurate information is displayed at bus stops
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global Authorization, Bus Station and Legal teams to align on processes and standard
- Cost Tracking: Monitor and track bus station and infrastructure costs to support budget oversight
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Tourism, Economics and Business or related fields of study
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and highly motivated, with a strong willingness to learn, a keen sense of responsibility, and a consistent commitment to punctuality and accountability
- Developed social and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Fluency in English is mandatory
