CRM Manager m/f/d

As a CRM Manager, you will be part of our CRM Communications team within the Marketing & Customer Product organization, reporting directly to the Head of CRM. You will be responsible for shaping the content of our customer communications, with the goal of presenting customers with the Flix products and offers most relevant to them – from FlixBus and FlixTrain to Airport Shuttles, Marketplace offerings, Partnerships and Media Sales.

About the role

• Understanding our customers: You analyze customer behavior and affinities to identify relevant products and offers for different customer segments.
• Optimizing content and products: You develop compelling multichannel messaging and creative approaches to showcase our products and offers in the best possible way through customer communications.
• Hands-on campaign execution: You set up new communications in Braze and implement changes to existing communication flows. You work across all channels, from email and push to in-app and in-web.
• Driving performance: You analyze results, run tests and continuously optimize audiences, content and channels.
• Teamwork and stakeholder management: You work closely with your CRM colleagues responsible for lifecycle management and customer retention, as well as with teams such as Brand, Marketplace, Train and Tech.

About you :

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in customer communications, ideally in CRM or digital marketing.
• You have a good understanding of customer needs and can interpret customer behavior data to derive relevant insights.
• You combine creative and analytical thinking, challenge existing approaches and find pragmatic solutions.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills, communicate clearly and can effectively prioritize different requirements.
• You can independently develop concepts and presentations and confidently present them to different stakeholders.
• You have a strong feel for language and know how to create compelling, targeted customer communications.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
• You ideally have experience working with a CRM tool; knowledge of Braze is a strong plus.
• You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a comparable field.
