It’s a two-way street, after all – we want to get to know you while giving you the chance to get to know us. Think of it like buying a Flix ticket – exciting, rather than nerve-wracking. Onboarding
This is just the beginning. Once you’re all signed up, it’s time to get to know your team, dive into your welcome pack and gain access to the essential tools for the job. This isn’t our first rodeo; we’ve fine-tuned our onboarding process over the years to ensure you’re supported from day one. We’ll set you up with a series of welcome sessions, tailored training and regular check-ins, because it’s all about laying the groundwork for success.
Getting started
Day 1 is all about making you feel right at home. First stop is a warm welcome with a tour of the site, followed by getting you kitted out with all the necessary devices, like laptops or phones, and access to essential tools. We'll make sure you're comfortably settled within your team, setting the stage for a smooth start to your journey with us.
Training up
You'll be part of a cohort of other new entrants from other business areas embarking on a series of induction Welcome Sessions. These will provide an overview of our work culture and operations. FlixUni takes this one step further by offering e-learning modules to deepen your understanding, so you can hit the ground running from the outset.
Onwards and upwards
At Flix, we're here with you every step of the way, right from the moment you join. We'll have regular check-ins with your lead to iron out any concerns and do all we can to make your joining experience as seamless as possible. It doesn't end there though: going forward, our mentoring program and exciting learning opportunities are here to guide you through upskilling and help you take charge of your career path.
